Dr. Robert Y. Chu

Dr. Robert Y. Chu received his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Virginia Tech in USA. Dr. Chu has over 25 years of experience in IT.

Dr. Chu is currently working for Kingdee Research and is the Chief Enterprise Architect of Kingdee International Software Group. His research work includes Enterprise Architecture, TOGAF, Chinese Management Model, design of the next generation enterprise management products (ERP, CRM, SCM, etc.), Cloud Computing, BPM and SOA service platforms and portals, and adoptions and landing projects implementation for new technologies like BPM, SOA, EA/TOGAF, and Cloud Computing.

Dr. Chu is also the Chief Technology Officer of the Open Group China and is responsible for TOGAF training and certification in Chinese or English, the promotion of TOGAF and
Enterprise architecture in China, SOA Reference Architecture, Open Service Integrated Maturity Model, Cloud Computing, and TOGAF based SOA/Cloud implementation methodology.

He is also a board representative of Kingdee to the Open Group Governing Board. Dr. Chu is well known in China for promoting Enterprise Architecture. He is also the chief editor for translating the following books: TOGAF Pocket Guide and Cloud Computing for Business into Chinese.
